Here, have this rock!

A virtual rock - does not add to your real life clutter!

My first blog! I might never get started if I don't just jump in and write a few sentences. I have been thinking about what to say, and how to say it and who’s going to be reading it - but it’s all a moot point if I never get started. Sometimes it’s the beginning that keeps us from attempting something new - the stepping outside of ‘the known’.

So this is me starting: welcome to my blog! I would like to give you this virtual rock, so that if you get nothing else out of reading this post, at least you can think, “hey, free virtual rock!” And, as a bonus, you don’t have to find storage for the rock, evaluate whether or not you can afford the rock, or even be worried that your friend might have gotten a better virtual rock than you.

Hmmm, that’s kind of poor planning on my part, because those are all the kind of things that I plan on covering here. I want to be able to try to convince you why you should consider selling all your virtual rocks and then guide you on how to catalog them for selling, finding the right marketplace and setting your price. We can evaluate whether your rock collection is a ‘want’ or a ‘need’ and if having the collection is taking you away from your dream life. I plan on discussing what retirement will look like if you’re not weighed down by all those rocks.

This virtual rock is a symbol of the ‘things’ that we have in this life.

You can have some cool things, but when you lose control of your life because you have to pay for, store, maintain, and upgrade your things, then your things have YOU!

Let’s continue this discussion in the next blog!
